On our latest project we have repaired and coated all four elevations of a detached property in the Swansea Valley. This property has been finished in Butter Cream and as you can see it really compliments the brown windows, fascias and red brick. This is a property that has recently been finished on a Park Home estate. It is made from a timber construction. We had to do a considerable amount of remedial work to the property. Cutting out rotten timber sections, panels and replacing with new. As photos show, extensive work was carried out on the chimney due to water ingress.
