Here we have a brick property which has cavity wall insulation injection. Cavity wall insulation will only work if there’s no penetrating damp. Unfortunately the brick on the front and side was very porous and causing damp on the inner walls.
We recommended our GRC (glass reinforced concrete) rendering system first and then a Wethertex protective coating to stop any more water ingress. The property was finished in African Ivory with Fired Copper on the tiles.
