For this particular property, the visual difference between the before and after may not be striking. However, the main reason the customer reached out was due to recurring cracks appearing below the windows and across the middle of the right-hand wall, requiring frequent repainting.
Additionally, there was an issue with the galvanised beading used in the original rendering process. These were rusting and deteriorating, necessitating their removal where required. The cracks were carefully cut out and backfilled with structural resin to ensure a lasting repair.
