Here we have a traditional semi detached property in Neath. You can see it was looking very tired and had issues with penetrating damp in several elevations of the property and there was a considerable amount of loose rendering as a result of the water ingress. All these areas had to be addressed through hacking off the rendering and repairing back to the original surface.
