This substantial detached property in the Swansea Valley initially appeared to be in good condition. However, upon closer inspection, it was determined that extensive work was required to remove loose render. This involved carefully hacking off the compromised material and meticulously repairing the surface to seamlessly match the original wall.

The property was then finished with Wethertex in African Ivory, which provided a durable and attractive finish. The customer was pleased with the transformation and the high standard of work completed.
