Here we have a 200 year old seaside cottage cottage in the Aberystwyth area. It was very exposed to the weather and was suffering from penetrating damp due to the solid wall construction. As you can see that there was a considerable amount of blown render that needed addressing due to the amount of damp ingress within the property.
