Here we have the rear of a property with a structural crack above the left side of the window. It also has an old crumbling chimney that was no longer in use. We addressed the crack with our stitching process, applied two coats of GRC (fibre glass) render and finished it in Sky Blue with the heavy duty coating that we had previously applied to the front, over 2 years ago. We have not only eliminated the damp issue, structural crack and the unsafe chimney, but we have also transformed the look of this property. The customer is so happy we will be returning to coat the remaining rear elevations.
